I'm not technical. Can I do this?
Yes. The Cohort is built for business owners, not developers. If you can write an email and follow clear steps, you can build your AI team. Week 0 teaches you the tools, and we build together, live.
It's just me and a small team. Is that enough?
That's who this is for. Small teams often get the most from an AI team, because every hour counts.
How much time do I need each week?
Plan for the live session plus time to build between sessions, around 2 to 3 hours a week in total.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded, and you can bring questions to the weekly Q&A.
What tools do I need?
We confirm the exact set-up before you start. AI tools change fast, so we teach the method first and set up the current tools together in Week 0. Expect a paid AI subscription plus the tools you already use.
Will AI replace my team?
No. Your AI team takes on the repetitive work so your people can focus on the work that needs judgement, relationships and expertise.
